ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide exceptional patient care, monitor critical conditions, and manage ward operations in ICU settings.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Check communication book and assignment registers.
- •Monitor department census, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- •Take handover and carry out nursing assessments.
- •Administer medical treatments and assist in bedside procedures.
- •Maintain ward safety, equipment inventory, and complete clinical documentation.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Nurse Manager / Team Leader • Team size: 10-15
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation/Equivalent Course
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid nursing registration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi
- •Experience in ICU or critical care
- •BLS/ACLS certification
