ROLE OVERVIEW

Drive territory sales, market share growth, and adoption of Medtronic Soft Tissue Implants across hospitals and surgical accounts in Gurugram and the assigned territory, with approximately 35% travel.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve territory sales targets and revenue objectives
  • develop and execute territory business plans for account penetration and therapy adoption
  • build relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, purchasing teams, nurses, and clinical stakeholders
  • provide surgical case coverage, product demonstrations, and clinical support

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience
