ROLE OVERVIEW

Sr Statistical Programmer responsible for developing custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs and derived datasets in clinical trials.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Use SAS or other software to develop custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs and derived datasets.
  • •Perform validation programming and work with biostatisticians and project team members to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Maintain well organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation ensuring inspection readiness.
  • •Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects and develop specifications for datasets.
  • •Act as the lead statistical programmer, directing programming activities of other programming personnel and monitoring progress.
  • •Participate in sponsor meetings, kickoff meetings, and contribute to the mentoring of programming personnel.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Statistical Programming Management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate degree, preferably in a scientific or statistical discipline
  • Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software in a clinical trial environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SDTM, ADaM, and TLF development.
  • End-to-end programming experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Basic understanding or training in R Programming.
  • •Experience in Oncology or Non-Oncology studies.
  • •Immediate joiners preferred.
