ROLE OVERVIEW
Senior Statistical Programmer within the Hyderabad Hub delivering biostatistics and programming activities throughout the Vaccines R&D value chain.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Perform programming activities for all statistical deliverables (SDTM, ADaM, TLFs) for study and project analyses.
- •Review and provide feedback on study documents such as protocols, CRFs, and SAPs.
- •Write and provide programming specifications for SDTM/ADaM/TLFs.
- •Deliver compliant CDISC data packages with aCRF, reviewers guide, and define.xml.
- •Perform quality control for statistical programming deliverables and documentation.
- •Create core integrated clinical databases by pooling datasets across multiple studies.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Vaccines Global Biostatistical Sciences team
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years' experience in statistical programming clinical research with vaccines experience.
- SAS expertise (BASE, STAT, MACRO, GRAPH, SQL) and familiarity with R.
- Experience programming CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and vaccine-specific deliverables.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related health sciences.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience pooling data from multiple studies according to existing specifications.
- •Experience planning and drafting specifications for multi-study data pooling.
