ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Full-Stack AI Ownership: Lead the complete architecture, implementation, release, stabilization, and measurable outcome delivery of full-stack enterprise AI applications and intelligent automation products.
Frontend & Human-AI Experience: Design and build accessible, responsive user interfaces featuring streaming responses, complex state management, secure session controls, human review/approval patterns, and error recovery using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Backend, APIs & Distributed Architecture: Build robust, highly available backend microservices, API gateways, asynchronous workflows, event-driven integrations, and relational/NoSQL data schemas utilizing Python, Node.js, Java, or C# with SQL.
AI & Agentic Integration: Integrate foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, vector/graph search, RAG pipelines, structured outputs, agent tool-use, and business intelligence with strict validation and human-in-the-loop governance.
DevSecOps, Reliability & SRE: Establish CI/CD pipelines, policy gates, infrastructure as code (IaC), staged releases, observability, SLOs, incident response runbooks, automated rollback strategies, and FinOps cost optimizations.
Governance & GxP Compliance: Enforce OWASP security, least-privilege access, tenant isolation, prompt/tool injection safeguards, Responsible AI standards, and GxP validation evidence.
Technical & Domain Standards
Comprehensive mastery of full-stack engineering, distributed systems design, asynchronous event patterns, and AI application lifecycles.
Strong proficiency in modern API engineering, database design, and cloud containerization.
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead sprint planning, architectural design reviews, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers, UX designers, ML engineers, and enterprise architects while mentoring engineering team members.
