ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Solution Ownership: Lead the end-to-end technical delivery and deployment of enterprise AI, Generative AI, and automation solutions across discovery, prototyping, system build, rigorous evaluation, production deployment, and operational stabilization.
Architecture & Systems Integration: Define and govern end-to-end production architecture spanning applications, RAG pipelines, bounded agents, APIs, knowledge graphs, enterprise workflows, data persistence, and human-in-the-loop review layers.
Hands-on AI Engineering: Build and contribute to critical production components in Python and SQL, developing foundation model integrations, prompt/context management, retrieval architectures, structured outputs, and agentic toolsets.
Cross-Disciplinary Orchestration: Orchestrate delivery workflows across full-stack developers, ML engineers, data scientists, QA, cybersecurity, compliance, and domain business stakeholders.
Evaluation, DevSecOps & MLOps: Implement layered AI evaluation frameworks (covering safety, latency, retrieval accuracy, and tool use), CI/CD pipelines, SLO monitoring, infrastructure as code, automated rollback mechanisms, and operational runbooks.
Governance & GxP Compliance: Apply Responsible AI frameworks, threat modeling, data privacy standards, and GxP validation controls to ensure compliant enterprise-grade deployment.
Technical & Domain Standards
Comprehensive mastery of production Python, SQL, distributed backend services, and cloud-native architectures.
In-depth expertise in Generative AI, advanced RAG, bounded agent orchestration, and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
