ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer, install, patch, and maintain PTC Windchill environments across dev, test, certification, and production tiers.
Define release management, source code control, deployment scripts, and snapshot builds for enterprise applications.
Manage CAD/Office worker setups, vault space, remote file servers, WinDU/WinRU tools, and environment rehosting.
Coordinate disaster recovery, high availability, backup strategies, SSL/LDAPS security, and performance load testing.
Support cross-platform hotfixing and vulnerability patching across Oracle RDC/Clinical and SAS Analytics environments.
Maintain system documentation, validation artifacts, work instructions, and provide on-call tier support.
