ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage engineering activities in HT, LT, and utility services to ensure safe and optimal manufacturing operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Attend breakdown
- •Execute day-to-day maintenance activities
- •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- •Perform shift maintenance activities
- •Adhere strictly to zero access and safe machine guarding procedures
- •Ensure permit to work and LOTO system is followed
- •Participate to achieve zero accident, zero defect and zero waste
- •Suggest improvements for better performance
- •Maintain logbooks and PM work order sheets
- •Ensure continuous power supply
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Engineering Maintenance Lead • Team size: 5-12

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ITI / NCTVT / Diploma
- PWD Electrical supervisor license
- 5 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Experience in HT/LT and Machine automation
- Electrical breakdown and preventive maintenance experience
- Knowledge of utility equipment (HVAC, compressor, boiler, chiller)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Pharma experience preferred
- •Candidates from packaging, food processing, or FMCG industries considered
- •Basic knowledge of PLCs, Sensors, HMI systems, VFD, Servo drive, Automation systems
