ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead medical strategy and scientific engagement for Roche Diagnostics India's cardiology and neurology solutions, driving evidence generation, HCP/KOL engagement, and compliant medical activities.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Plan and implement medical activities and evidence-generation strategies for cardiology and neurology diagnostics
- •define and execute medical strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- •contribute to annual medical planning and situational analyses
- •build strategic partnerships with healthcare experts, KOLs, scientists, and relevant stakeholders
- •drive HCP/KOL engagement through medical education programs, congresses, and advisory boards
- •collaborate with commercial, APAC, global, and internal cross-functional teams
- •ensure compliance with applicable guidelines, SOPs, local Codes of Practice, and regulations
- •deliver compliant scientific presentations to HCPs in response to medical enquiries or proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBBS and/or MD in Clinical Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or relevant medical discipline
- 7-10 years of relevant Medical Affairs experience
- 5-7 years of healthcare industry experience in cardiology and neurology
- experience working with clinicians, KOLs, and scientists
- strong scientific communication and presentation capabilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in diagnostics, laboratory medicine, cardiology, or neurology
