ROLE OVERVIEW
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Stryker’s global labeling capabilities, translating customer, business and regulatory needs into product strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes across global manufacturing and distribution operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Define and execute the Global Labeling product vision, strategy and roadmap
- •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization through delivery, adoption and optimization
- •Manage and prioritize the labeling product backlog
- •Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technology teams on requirements and dependencies
- •Serve as platform owner and SME for Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials
- •Lead integrations between labeling platforms and ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, clinical supply and master-data systems
- •Establish governance for label templates, content, translations, version control, access, releases and change management
- •Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, validation, traceability, UDI, MDR, GxP and electronic records/signatures
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to relevant digital technology/product leadership; collaborates with global R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technology stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, product management, platform ownership or technology leadership within regulated industries
- Deep expertise with Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials
- Strong understanding of enterprise labeling ecosystems and integrations
- Experience with backlog prioritization, requirements definition, release planning and solution design
- Strong understanding of MedTech, life sciences, GxP, UDI, MDR, validation and compliance requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Master's degree
- •Knowledge of BarTender, NiceLabel or Robar
- •Experience with global technology initiatives and vendor partnerships
- •Experience with clinical trial labeling or print automation
