ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive Salesforce development, support, and continuous improvement for clinical artwork and supply chain solutions at Amgen.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce environments
- •Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura/LWC)
- •Support integrations with MuleSoft and Veeva
- •Handle SSO configuration with Okta or Microsoft Entra
- •Follow established coding standards and participate in peer reviews
- •Work with compliance teams on periodic audits
- •Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, MuleSoft, and Agile practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in Supply chain or Clinical Supply chain
- •Experience working in a validated environment and familiarity with GxP processes
- •Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification
- •SAFe Agile Certification
