ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead end-to-end global IT infrastructure projects across data centers, cloud, network, storage, compute, virtualization and colocation. Drive delivery, governance, migration, stakeholder alignment, vendor management and transition to operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Lead infrastructure projects from initiation through planning, execution, cutover, stabilization, transition to operations and closure
- •Develop integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance routines
- •Coordinate delivery across Data Center, Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Network, Cloud and Colocation teams
- •Manage infrastructure deployments and migrations including discovery, dependency mapping, workload grouping, wave planning, cutover, rollback, validation and hypercare
- •Coordinate Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Security, GxP/QA, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, application teams and third-party vendors
- •Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder forums, escalations and executive reporting
- •Manage vendor commitments, deliverables, dependencies, quality and project financials
- •Ensure operational readiness, documentation, knowledge transfer and transition-to-service completion
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports within Teva IT Operations & Architecture; collaborates with global infrastructure, architecture, engineering, operations, security, GxP/QA, procurement, finance, facilities, application teams and external vendors

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline
- 10 to 12+ years of IT experience with significant infrastructure project management experience
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects involving data centers, storage, compute, virtualization, network, cloud migration or colocation
- Experience coordinating infrastructure engineering, operations, architecture, security and vendor teams
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills
- Understanding of infrastructure delivery dependencies and migration planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •MSc degree
- •PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or Agile/Scrum certification
- •Experience in pharma, life sciences or other regulated environments
- •Knowledge of Azure, AWS and VMware migration options
