ROLE OVERVIEW
Develop, debug, and enhance healthcare software applications and database reports using SQL and PL/SQL to support critical clinical workflows in Bengaluru.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Make enhancements to existing software applications within provided architectural specifications
- •Develop and design new reports including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and representation
- •Gather requirements, estimate scope, and effectively plan and execute tasks
- •Collaborate with stakeholders and handle technical discussion calls
- •Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolution steps
- •Identify process improvements at the team level to support development operations
- •Provide operational support for regular software releases
- •Gain detailed understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience in software development
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and system debugging techniques
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Knowledge of healthcare domain workflows and the Millennium data model
- •Experience with Oracle databases or enterprise reporting tools
- •Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
