ROLE OVERVIEW
Leads scientific and medical communications within Global Medical Affairs, translating complex clinical data into credible communication for global experts and healthcare professionals. The role combines medical writing, scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, and global medical affairs collaboration.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Develop high-impact scientific and medical communication materials for internal and external audiences
- •Translate complex clinical data into clear and credible medical communications
- •Engage global key opinion leaders in scientific dialogue and build professional relationships
- •Partner with Medical Affairs teams to execute global medical education and communication plans
- •Present scientific data at meetings and symposia to support understanding of product clinical profiles
- •Coordinate communication across medical affairs teams, project managers, and medical illustrators
- •Provide back-end and on-site support for Global Medical Affairs activities
Reporting Hierarchy: Part of Medical Communications within Global Medical Affairs, Product & Portfolio Strategy, Global Business Services; Works with global scientific advisors, project managers, graphic designers, and Global Medical Affairs teams in Denmark

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ph.D. or PharmD with substantial life sciences research expertise
- 3-5 years of Medical Affairs or medical/scientific writing experience
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated research experience such as peer-reviewed publications
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
