ROLE OVERVIEW

Supports end-to-end project delivery for scientific publications and medical education materials, partnering with scientific writers and medical communications stakeholders. The role combines project coordination, publication management, compliance support, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Support scientific writers with end-to-end delivery of publications and medical education projects
  • •Initiate and amend submissions based on stakeholder comments
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication
  • •Track activities, issues, risks, timelines, and follow-ups
  • •Support publication compliance, approvals, and operational processes using relevant tools
  • •Track project budgets, purchase orders, approvals, and external spend
  • •Coordinate with scientific communication and medical content enhancement teams
  • •Support quality and productivity improvements across medical writing operations
Reporting Hierarchy: Works with Project Specialists, Project Managers, scientific communication teams, medical content enhancement teams, scientific writers, and internal/external stakeholders within Sanofi Business Operations

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree, preferably in science
  • 2-4 years post-qualification experience
  • Project management skills
  • Scientific or medical writing/communications experience
  • Pharma experience with therapeutic-area or domain exposure and/or publication submission experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Advanced or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline
  • •Experience with publication management platforms
  • •Experience with medical education deliverables
