ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the national Medical Affairs strategy locally and translate strategic objectives into regional timelines and activities.
Build and maintain strong, evidence-based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and diabetes specialists to drive scientific exchange.
Gather clinical insights from HCP interactions and scientific congresses, sharing actionable feedback with internal cross-functional teams.
Provide scientific input to marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning, medical messaging, and promotional strategy.
Develop and deliver medical education/training programs for physicians, allied HCPs, and internal teams while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
