ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bayer is inviting applications from experienced healthcare professionals for Medical Science Liaison (MSL) positions across multiple cities in India. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified MBBS, BDS, and MDS professionals with at least 6 months of Medical Science Liaison experience to build their careers with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

The hiring is open for professionals specializing in CNS, Diabetes, and Oncology therapy areas. Candidates who are passionate about scientific communication, medical education, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Provide evidence-based medical and scientific information.
Support medical education initiatives and scientific exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, and Commercial teams.
Deliver scientific presentations and product-related updates.
Collect and communicate medical insights from healthcare professionals.
Support clinical research activities where applicable.
Ensure all scientific engagements comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

MBBS, BDS, MDS
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is mandatory.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

₹8.5L - 16.0L per annum
Estimated Annual CTC ranges from ₹8.5 LPA to ₹16 LPA based on current industry standards for Medical Science Liaison roles in India. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, location, and interview performance.
