ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage Quality Systems initiatives within Abbott's EPD Quality System organization, supporting Quality Management System processes with emphasis on Third-Party Manufacturer and Supplier Quality Management. The role drives continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, global initiatives, and quality-system governance.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, or another technical/scientific discipline
- •5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- •Knowledge of relevant quality-system regulations and compliance standards
- •Advanced written and verbal Business English
- •Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills
- •Ability to analyze quality data and develop strategic action plans
- •Experience with quality improvement programs, metrics trending, and data analytics
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
- •Strong project management and troubleshooting skills
- •Experience identifying quality issues and implementing CAPA
