ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead and direct large-scale manufacturing and supply operations and teams (400+ personnel) at the Hyderabad Hub.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Lead M&S operations and teams located in Hyderabad Hub (400+)
- •Oversee processes including strategic vision, process KPIs, documentation, and inspection support
- •Ensure consistent delivery of high-level client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner
- •Champion simplification and standardization of M&S processes supporting digital solutions
- •Participate in regulatory inspections and corporate audits preparing necessary documentation
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Global M&S Services, Business Operations • Directs 400+ team members
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 15-20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with at least 10+ years in leadership roles
- Well-versed with Production, Quality and/or Supply chain functions
- Masters or Doctorate in Life Sciences/Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering or IT
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience of working on manufacturing sites in production, quality, or supply chain
- •Certification in Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma
- •Exposure to facing regulatory/internal and corporate audits
