ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end prototyping of digital products to solve high-value business challenges across pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
Source, connect, and transform operational data from ERP, MES, LIMS, and quality systems into predictive machine learning models and GenAI/LLM solutions.
Direct AI-assisted (agentic) development to accelerate product builds, debug code, and implement RAG architectures.
Build rapid application user interfaces using Streamlit, React, or low-code platforms and iterate based on end-user feedback.
Prepare Scale Gate evidence packages, transition validated prototypes to enterprise IT for productionization, and ensure GxP and ALCOA+ compliance.
Manage senior business sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders while framing complex business problems into clear user stories.
