ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead local medical strategy and medical plan development for Immuno-Oncology (IO) on-market and pre-launch assets.
Collaborate with the Local Brand Team to ensure brand strategies align with patient needs and contribute China-specific clinical insights to global strategy.
Lead integrated evidence planning, local BMS-sponsored trial designs, survey feasibility reviews, and local medical reviews for publications.
Serve as the internal scientific expert for IO products, training internal stakeholders and reviewing promotional materials for clinical compliance.
Engage directly with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external experts to gather treatment insights and stay abreast of disease-area developments.
Support clinical safety standards and oversee local investigator-sponsored research (ISR) compliance in coordination with RCO teams.
