ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Jupiter Hospital as a Health Care Assistant to provide frontline patient support, coordinate OPD workflow, and assist clinical teams in Thane.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Receive telephone calls related to OPD appointments and provide guidance
- •Check inventory of assigned unit/consulting rooms and report discrepancies
- •Ensure consulting rooms are kept ready with necessary articles/equipment
- •Receive patients and relatives, check visit type and guide accordingly
- •Check vital signs, height, weight, and BMI when required
- •Assist doctors during consultation and procedures
- •Provide patient and relative education regarding diet, medication, and follow-up
- •Escort patients for investigations, emergencies, or different departments
