ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Workday organization, position, employee, and contractor master data for global Sanofi entities in accordance with SLAs.
Resolve complex ServiceNow incidents, service requests, and data configuration issues across Workday recruitment, exit, and compensation modules.
Support global reorganization initiatives using OrgStudio, validating structural changes and organizational impact assessments.
Monitor data quality using Workday and Qlik Sense, generating complex global reports, analytics, and data visualizations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to drive continuous process improvements and RPA automation initiatives.
