ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Labcorp in Bengaluru as a Resource Management Associate to support global scheduling, capacity utilization, and resource planning.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Prepare daily and weekly schedules for assigned product lines or departments
- •Communicate regularly with Study Direction and operational staff to adjust schedules
- •Update and maintain proposal and schedule information in management information databases
- •Assist in the production, interpretation and analysis of routine capacity reports
- •Monitor capacity utilization for supported service lines and guide operational leadership
- •Provide basic information about departmental workloads and processes to internal clients
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Global Project Management Lead • Team size: 5-10
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 or more years of pre-clinical operational experience in the life sciences industry
- Advanced knowledge in the use of computer systems, databases, and relevant applications
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with Life Science/Analytical Science or general operating procedures
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in global scheduling or resource planning
- •Familiarity with clinical or pre-clinical trial workflows and project management software
