ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer organization, position, employee, and contractor master data in Workday adhering to global Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provide tier-support for ServiceNow incidents, service requests, recruitment cases, exit modules, and complex global compensation corrections.
Monitor HR data quality using Workday and Qlik Sense, leveraging data visualization tools to present insights and identify trends.
Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Automation teams to resolve complex system issues and optimize end-user experience.
Support global reorganization initiatives using OrgStudio and maintain updated work instructions, SOPs, and country manuals.
