ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the day-to-day execution and operational management of the company's global travel program, acting as a key liaison between travelers and travel management partners.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Act as the first point of contact for travel-related inquiries and issues including booking and ticketing errors.
- •Support troubleshooting within Concur Travel and escalate technical issues when needed.
- •Coordinate with BCD Travel to resolve service delivery issues and maintain issue logs.
- •Extract and prepare standard reports from BCD DecisionSource and Concur.
- •Assist in managing the preferred hotel program, monitoring compliance, and tracking rate loading issues.
- •Support traveler profile maintenance in Concur and assist with user access requests.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Travel Operations Manager • Team size: 5-10
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience with corporate travel operations, vendor management, or administrative support
- Proficiency with corporate booking tools such as Concur and Cytric
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Familiarity with BCD DecisionSource
- •Experience with global corporate travel programs
- •Advanced data validation skills
