ROLE OVERVIEW
Independently direct key aspects of systematic literature review (SLR) research projects and manage multiple evidence synthesis initiatives.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Define and refine research questions as they pertain to the SLR objectives.
- •Design of literature searches/algorithms for scientific databases (PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane) and grey literature.
- •Develop inclusion/exclusion criteria within the PICOS framework to be implemented during screening.
- •Oversee the screening of abstracts and full-text articles against defined criteria.
- •Validate data abstraction, extraction, and finalize the analyzable dataset.
- •Draft tables, figures, reports, protocols, abstracts, and manuscripts for evidence dissemination.
- •Delegate tasks to junior staff, review their work, and monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD in health sciences, economics, biology, natural sciences or a related field with experience
- or MSc with significant experience
- or Bachelors with extensive experience.
- Proven experience in systematic literature review methods in health economics and/or health services research.
- Deep understanding of research principles and demonstrated practical research implementation.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and independent project management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in network meta-analysis
- •Commercial experience in a similar research consulting environment
- •Line management experience
