ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive and support project management activities to ensure successful execution of complex clinical trials during 3rd shift operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Drives the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead.
- •Ensures projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget.
- •Serves as subject matter expert of relevant project management tools and systems.
- •Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient execution.
- •Maintains and distributes study-specific financial reports and contributes to financial health.
- •Documents project scope, objectives, risks, and issues, driving timely follow-through and resolution.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Project Management Lead • Team size: 8-12
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field.
- 2-4 years of clinical experience, currently performing responsibilities of Project Associate/Specialist.
- Knowledge & experience with Clinical Trial Systems, CTMS, TMF, PDC, SOPNet.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- High proficiency with MS Office Applications and project management software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience managing global clinical trials
- •Familiarity with cross-functional team mentorship
