ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate the end-to-end setup, delivery, and management of training services for supported clinical studies.
Lead client meetings to gather study requirements, present services, and define training plans and schedules.
Coordinate team resource assignments, track timelines, and update project management tools.
Manage the deployment of eLearning curriculums and LMS instructor-led training per standard work instructions.
Identify project risks, resolve escalations, and contribute to process improvement initiatives across training operations.
