ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and lead the Cash Accounting team to deliver global treasury and cash accounting services from the Hyderabad hub.
Perform bank reconciliations, GL transit account clearings, manual posting adjustments, and month-end closure reporting.
Manage transactions for financial instruments, loans, debts, and calculate Forex net positions while adhering to IFRS, local GAAP, and SOX guidelines.
Drive operational reviews, continuous process improvements, and process automation initiatives across Account to Report (A2R).
Mentor, coach, and manage team performance, individual development plans (IDPs), resource allocation, and backup management.
