ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with software engineering teams to establish testing strategies and verification/validation plans meeting SDLC requirements.
Design, review, and execute detailed software test cases, test plans, and test reports to verify product requirements.
Execute non-functional testing focusing on system accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Conduct formal system verification testing in partnership with end users and product stakeholders.
Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and drive issues to resolution within an Agile delivery setup.
Support early-stage research phase software testing across product development initiatives.
