ROLE OVERVIEW

Join a 12-month structured apprenticeship program gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, product management, or DevOps.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Work with technology teams on real projects in one or more tracks: Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Product Management or DevOps Engineering
  • •Assist in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and documentation
  • •Learn and apply secure coding, cloud, and DevOps best practices in day-to-day tasks
  • •Support product managers in backlog management, user story writing, stakeholder communication and basic analytics
  • •Participate in training modules, labs, assessments and project presentations as part of the structured curriculum.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Technical Mentor / Engineering Manager • Team size: 5-15

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • B. Tech in Computer Science
  • Recent graduate eligible for apprenticeship as per applicable guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity to learn new technologies and openness to feedback.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Familiarity with one or more technical tracks: Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Product Management, or DevOps Engineering.
