ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities & Solution Architecture
Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical design documents and high-performance, maintainable software solutions across IQVIA enterprise healthcare platforms.
Engineer full-stack applications by building responsive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript, paired with robust back-end microservices utilizing C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using Microsoft SQL Server and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools like Entity Framework.
Architect and implement secure RESTful API integrations connecting internal platform services and third-party systems.
Testing, Quality Assurance & DevOps
Author comprehensive unit test plans, automate test suites, and execute rigorous debugging to ensure defect-free deployments.
Conduct thorough peer code reviews, enforce secure coding standards, and guide junior engineers on engineering best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab.
Deploy, manage, and scale cloud-native applications hosted on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Collaboration & Product Ownership
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product management teams across global time zones.
Deliver Tier-3 technical support and root-cause troubleshooting for production issues impacting client-facing healthcare platforms.
