ROLE OVERVIEW

Drive digital and AI performance analytics, KPI standardization, and supply chain visualization tools for Global Distribution at Amgen.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Apply Supply Chain knowledge to evaluate current metrics and define standardizations
  • •Ensure alignment in KPI calculations across the globe
  • •Ensure data quality for performance management and analytics
  • •Support coordination of Operating Business reviews
  • •Support newly developed visualization tools by ODS
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Global Distribution Analytics • Team size: 4-8

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree & 4 years of work experience
  • Data analytics and performance management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs
  • •Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence
  • •Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or SCOR certification
