ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a Specialist Business Analyst within the Operations Generative AI (GenAI) Product team to deliver AI solutions across Operations.
Elicit requirements from business stakeholders and collaborate with System Architects, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.
Refine product backlogs, breaking down Epics into Features and Sprint-sized User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
Coordinate with UX teams to align technical specifications, scenarios, and business process maps with User Experience designs.
Execute product demonstrations and maintain precise documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.
