ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Validate electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) study software and ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables comply with SOPs and regulations.
Design, maintain, and execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance test plans and test cases.
Manage the defect lifecycle, including reporting, root cause analysis, risk assessment, retesting, and prioritization in collaboration with engineering teams.
Establish, configure, and maintain audit-ready test environments and documentation supporting internal, client, and regulatory inspections.
Lead testing efforts across multiple concurrent study projects, estimate resource requirements, and mentor junior quality engineers.
