ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Assist with the end-to-end design and development of software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and limited business expertise.
Work across all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interface and backend development.
Troubleshoot complex code issues, debug defects, and continuously evolve IQVIA's platforms to meet emerging user requirements and business needs.
Support small to medium-scale software development projects based on specific guidelines, architectural instructions, and controlled discretion.
Participate actively in the review of functional specifications, technical designs, and other validation/quality deliverables as assigned.
Technical & Domain Standards
Develop an introductory and working understanding of industry-specific compliance, healthcare life-sciences standards, and IQVIA-specific quality frameworks.
Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready applications leveraging Python, Generative AI models, and modern full-stack architectures.
Interact with relational databases by writing and optimizing basic to intermediate SQL queries for high performance and data integrity.
