ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure, deploy, and manage workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and IT hardware using deployment imaging tools.
Deliver daily Tier 1/2 IT desktop support, including moves, adds, changes, VOIP phones, and peripheral equipment maintenance.
Resolve incidents and service requests using ticket management tools, ensuring prompt status updates.
Administer users and computing hardware through Active Directory, O365, and VPN management systems.
Train end-users on hardware, software, and systems while managing physical and digital asset inventories.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware ordering, warranty claims, and technical repair activities.
