ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
HEVA Deliverables & Publications: Develop high-quality health economics and value assessment communication deliverables, including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks aligned with global HEVA strategy.
Value Dossiers & Evidence Synthesis: Maintain and update Core Value Dossiers, US AMCP Dossiers, and Core Value Decks across product portfolios to synthesize critical HEVA evidence for optimal market access and reimbursement decisions.
Process & Workflow Management: Oversee publication processes end-to-end using iEnvision (DataVision/Matrix) while ensuring compliance with Good Publication Practice (GPP) and company publication SOPs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate closely with global/local HEVA, Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Scientific Communication teams, as well as healthcare professionals and publication vendors.
Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Coach junior HEVA writers, review drafted content, conduct publication-needs analyses, and continuously refine HEVA value communication templates.
Technical & Domain Standards
Domain training or experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related health sciences.
Proven knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP guidelines), Core Value Dossiers (CVD), AMCP Dossier structure, and scientific publication submission workflows.
Hands-on operational experience with publication management tools like iEnvision (DataVision/Matrix).
Leadership & Business Impact
Serves as a domain expert in HEVA value communications, helping articulate product value evidence to inform global health technology assessments (HTA), access strategies, and reimbursement decisions.
