ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead hands-on configuration, solution design, and lifecycle management of Pfizer's global Veeva Vault RIM product suite across all modules.
Apply Vault SDK expertise to build customisations, integrations, and enhancements that meet evolving business and regulatory expectations.
Conduct release impact assessments for Veeva Vault RIM, evaluating vendor updates against configured capabilities and risk mitigation plans.
Serve as technical configuration lead on a SAFe Agile team, translating business needs into traceable user stories, workflows, and security models.
Partner with Quality and Validation teams to ensure compliance with Computerized System Validation (CSV), GxP standards, and audit readiness.
