ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage commercial controlling, trade GTN/sales promotion budgets, approvals, ROI forecasting, and post-facto analysis.
Review and standardize Terms of Trade and margins across channels to identify margin optimization opportunities.
Oversee monthly GTN and Trade AnP accruals, Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tools, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Prepare monthly gross-to-net and profitability MIS across channels, accounts, brands, SKUs, and regions.
Review 3rd party headcounts, market returns, and inventory aging to minimize expiry/obsolescence risks.
