ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager will lead external scientific engagement and medical education initiatives focused on clinical nutrition across India. The role combines strategic partnerships, medical education, process governance, KPI measurement and data-driven optimization.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Lead external scientific engagement strategy for clinical nutrition
- •synthesize clinical practice trends HCP insights scientific developments and competitive intelligence
- •establish partnerships with medical associations academic institutions and experts
- •coordinate compliant execution with Regulatory Affairs Legal Public Affairs and OEC
- •define scientific engagement impact metrics
- •design and implement medical education programs
- •gather market practice-gap and HCP insights
- •translate unmet needs into learning objectives
- •develop execution plans timelines deliverables and performance indicators
- •collect participant and stakeholder feedback
- •measure educational impact using dashboards and competency assessments
- •review and streamline medical education processes
- •develop guidance documents SOP refinements and decision frameworks
- •document responsibilities handovers and accountability structures
- •coordinate process approvals with OEC and Legal
- •maintain event documentation and archival repositories
- •coordinate medical team updates and meetings
- •maintain quarterly medical dashboards
- •analyse medical KPIs and medical information query trends
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Dietetics or Registered Dietitian qualification or MBBS or BDS or MBA
- 8+ years of experience in medical communication KOL engagement and SOP or guidance implementation
- understanding of external rules and regulations for HCP engagement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in clinical nutrition
