ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and execute Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting activities within BMS's Hyderabad Center of Excellence (CoE), acting as a player-coach.
Lead accruals activities, operating expense prepaids, payroll accounting, depreciation/amortization, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close schedules.
Calculate and reclass reserves for bad debt, compensation, and inventory obsolescence, while managing foreign currency revaluation and translation.
Manage period-end audits, disaster recovery activities, management reporting, and third-party service provider collaboration.
Mentor, train, and upskill local team members while monitoring internal customer satisfaction and managing process-related risk response plans.
