Senior Field Manager

Drive sales, adoption, and market penetration of animal identification and traceability solutions, including microchips, ear tags, readers, and digital management platforms across India.

Develop business opportunities across dairy farms, organized livestock facilities, state animal husbandry departments, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), cooperatives, NGOs, and veterinary institutions.

Identify, prepare, and execute state-level and national tenders/projects related to national livestock traceability (such as NDLM projects).

Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, pilot projects, farmer awareness programs, veterinary camps, and livestock expos to educate stakeholders on identification benefits.

Manage institutional sales, bulk tagging/microchipping drives, documentation compliance, and distributor/dealer channel relationships.

Maintain accurate sales tracking in CRM systems, capture market intelligence on competitor pricing and policy changes, and report actionable field insights.

Demonstrate deep practical understanding of livestock management, veterinary science, species identification, ear tagging, and microchipping technologies.

Maintain proficiency with mobile communication apps and digital reporting platforms for field monitoring and workflow integration.

Conduct structured market trend analysis and regional demand forecasting for animal health inputs and hardware.

Represent the organization before key public sector stakeholders, government officials, and agricultural cooperatives.

Support onboarding, technical coordination, and long-term customer success to foster sustainable, multi-year program adoption.
