ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and evolve the strategy, operating model, and governance for Launch & Field Excellence across GSK Germany.
Lead end-to-end launch planning, execution, and post-launch optimization across commercial and medical organizations.
Oversee territory design, resource allocation, field force effectiveness, targeting methodologies, and performance frameworks.
Drive digital transformation and process optimization via CRM adoption, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with senior commercial and medical leaders to translate data insights into resource deployment strategies.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of managers and specialists to build a robust talent pipeline.
