ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as procedural technical expert during live hospital cases supporting the Vessel Closure product portfolio.
Educate electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and cath lab teams on clinical usage and technology developments.
Provide in-service support, case planning, and troubleshooting in Cardiac Cath Labs, IR Labs, and Operating Rooms.
Build relationships with key hospital decision-makers to promote product adoption and identify clinical needs.
Manage customer inquiries and product feedback in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Travel up to 50% across designated territory and broader region for procedural coverage.
