ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the Lead Data Manager for one or more clinical trials, assuming full operational accountability for Data Monitoring and Management (DMM) deliverables across therapeutic groups.
Process, review, and ingest clinical data and records received from internal/external investigators, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data flow to clinical study teams.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Data Management Plans (DMP), encompassing data preparation, validation, cleaning, and quality review strategies.
Set up, execute, and test data review listings and automated cleaning reports to verify data completeness and accuracy against the Data Management Plan.
Document lessons learned during trial execution and share insights across global study teams to foster cross-study learning and continuous operational improvement.
Technical & Domain Standards
Maintain strict adherence to International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Operate and manage Web-based Data Management Systems, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) tools, and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Enforce regulatory standards and clinical data management principles across end-to-end trial lifecycles and regulatory reporting operations.
Leadership & Impact
Manage project timelines and prioritize deliverables to consistently meet global study milestones.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with local and global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across clinical research, system architecture, and regulatory affairs.
Proactively identify data quality risks or system bottlenecks and lead collaborative problem-solving to establish cross-team consensus.
