ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead and supervise operational teams at Labcorp's Bengaluru center to ensure regulatory compliance, high performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction in clinical trials and laboratory services.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities
- •Manage multiple teams and allocate resources efficiently
- •Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in customer audits
- •Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency
- •Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employee performance
- •Collaborate with senior operational leaders and stakeholders
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Business Unit Head • Team size: 15-25 staff members
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in life science
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and business practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
