ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and govern pharmaceutical commercial data, including IQVIA, Veeva, SFMC, and Specialty Pharmacy data streams.
Build automated data pipelines and interactive BI dashboards (Power BI, Alteryx) to drive commercial decision-making.
Develop, implement, and enforce data management policies, data governance frameworks, and data quality SOPs.
Conduct data audits, validations, and statistical analyses to ensure accuracy and consistency across data repositories.
Collaborate with global US and cross-functional teams to streamline data architecture using cloud systems (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
Mentor junior analysts and guide technical best practices in data stewardship, analytics, and reporting automation.
