ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver automated tax determination logic within SAP S/4HANA using condition techniques.
Ensure seamless integration of indirect tax (VAT/GST) requirements across SD, MM, and FI modules.
Support technical setup for local statutory requirements, real-time reporting, and e-invoicing systems (e.g., SDI, CFDI).
Configure and maintain interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and external tax engines such as ONESOURCE or Sovos.
Translate complex global tax regulations into actionable functional specifications and perform ABAP debugging for issue resolution.
Lead end-to-end testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT while maintaining global standard templates for local compliance.
